Baseball and softball players have a unique set of training demands. Power and speed are essential as well as the need to protect the delicate structure that is the shoulder and elbow joints. At Retribution Fitness we not only assess and bring up weaknesses but build raw the raw power in the legs, core, and hands necessary to play the sport at a high level. In addition we take special care of the shoulder and elbow joints through proactive exercises and the use of protective techniques and equipment.
