Football

Football requires a combination of speed, size, power, and quickness that exists in no other sport. Between the physical demands of actual gameplay and force of collisions on the field you can ill afford to take strength training lightly. Many top football schools have general team weight lifting programs that may provide general results to participants. However, generally, these programs generally lack focus, personalization, and a progression. At Retribution Fitness we work with and around what you may or may not have available at school and we write a program that is specifically designed for you, your weaknesses, your on field position, and your goals.

  • Corrective strategies based on screening

  • Guidelines and planning to meet body composition goals
  • Pre and post workout strategies.
  • Individual and Team training is also available on an individually scheduled basis.
