Volleyball players have a need for a combination of speed, quickness, and power. At Retribution Fitness we will assess your body’s current movement patters and then design an individualized program that will combine both corrective exercises to fix imbalances as well as strengthen the movement patters needed to stay injury free and perform at a high level.

- Flexibility work

Nutrition:
- Guidelines and planning to meet body composition goals
- Pre and post workout strategies.
- Individual and Team training is also available on an individually scheduled basis.
