Firefighters

Firefighters have one of the more unique set of physical demands placed on them of any form of athlete. One moment you could be winding down at the station making dinner and in 10 minutes later you are running up flights of stairs carrying hose in full turnouts breathing out of an oxygen mask. In addition, if you get hurt while doing any of this, you put yourself, your fellow firefighter, and the general public at risk. Your body literally has to be ready for anything. At Retribution Fitness we first find your body’s weaknesses so we can strengthen them. Then strengthen the unit as a whole across all of your body’s energy systems.

You will receive the following:

Testing:

  • Movement based screening

Performance Training:

  • Individual or Small Group settings
  • Unique programing created for individuals needs and goals.
  • Mobility work
  • Corrective strategies based on screening
  • Strength and power training
  • Flexibility work
  • Recovery techniques

Nutrition:

  • Guidelines and planning to meet body composition goals
  • Pre and post workout strategies.
  • Individual and Team training is also available on an individually scheduled basis.
