Military

Military members are another jack of all trades type of athlete. Not only must you have the endurance of a marathon runner but also be required to have the strength of a pack mule. At Retribution Fitness we push to elevate your overall work capacity. We use strength based movements to so you can do more work in less time with less fatigue. Combine that with the ability to perform well on the standard military physical fitness tests and you will be able to perform at the highest level both in testing and in the field. No matter what you MOS is we tailor a program to box bring up your weaknesses and strengthen your body’s movements as a whole.

You will receive the following:

Testing:

  • Movement based screening
  • A strength based assessments

Performance Training:

  • Individual or Small Group settings
  • Unique programing created for individuals needs and goals.
  • Mobility work
  • Corrective strategies based on screening
  • Strength and power training
  • Flexibility work
  • Recovery techniques

Nutrition:

  • Guidelines and planning to meet body composition goals
  • Pre and post workout strategies.
  • Individual and Team training is also available on an individually scheduled basis.
